How FomoDejavu sources, reviews, corrects, and updates educational finance content and calculator documentation.

FomoDejavu publishes educational content about historical investing outcomes, market history, inflation, and long-term financial decision-making. Our goal is to make assumptions visible, use appropriate sources for material claims, and correct meaningful errors when they are identified.

What we publish

Educational explainers, calculators, historical scenarios, and supporting methodology for financial learning.

How we review

We review for factual accuracy, source quality, clarity, transparent assumptions, and consistency with the methodology shown on the site.

What we do not promise

Educational scenarios are not personalized advice, forecasts, recommendations, or guaranteed outcomes.

Source and review standards

Primary sources first

For tax rules, registered-account limits, regulatory thresholds, and other time-sensitive financial facts, we prefer government agencies and regulators. For company, market, or dataset facts, we prefer official disclosures and primary data sources where practical. Reputable secondary sources may be used when they add necessary context.

Page-specific reviewer attribution

A named reviewer and review date are displayed only when that specific page or calculator has an explicit review record. We do not use a site-wide fallback reviewer to imply that every calculator has received an individual review.

Corrections

When a material factual error is identified, we correct the affected page and update its revision date where appropriate. Material financial-rule corrections should be checked against an authoritative current source before publication.

Time-sensitive financial information

Tax limits, contribution limits, withdrawal limits, regulatory thresholds, and similar values should identify the applicable year or effective period and be checked against current authoritative guidance before they are materially updated or republished.

Review frequency

Evergreen methodology and core calculator documentation are reviewed periodically and when underlying data or calculation assumptions materially change. Time-sensitive financial content is reviewed when material rules or thresholds change, when a page is substantially revised, or when a correction is identified.

AI-assisted work

Automated or AI-assisted tools may support research, drafting, translation, or editing. They do not replace source verification for material financial facts. Publication and correction decisions remain subject to human editorial responsibility.
